Youth Group
About
Youth in Grades 6 through 12 join in community through the principles of: Spiritual Growth, Belonging, and Justice. Across all programming, both reflective and fun, Youth Group brings middle and high schoolers together to cultivate vital relationships with one other, society, and God. The Journey to Adulthood curriculum is LGBTQA+ affirming and welcomes youth at all stages of questioning and faith. Youth Group provides unique opportunities for conversation, action, and fellowship that empower teens outside of their school environments.

Special Events
Our community goes beyond the Saint John’s walls. Whether it’s during Super Sundays, retreats, or service events, our programming enhances friendships and helps youth try new things. Mark the first Sunday of the month on your calendar for Super Sundays, when we do anything from bowling to ice skating to playing games. Keep an eye out on the website and in the Family Voice for special weekends and trips throughout the year.
-
Confirmation
Saint John’s invites any high schoolers to participate in the sacrament of confirmation through a six-week course. This class aims to comprehensively teach youth about what it means to have an Episcopal identity in the modern world.
This class will take place every Sunday Afternoon between February 11 and March 30, 2024. Register here.
