The Everding Lecture on Islam

We are pleased to welcome the Everding Lecturer, Dr. Jasmin Zine, to the Dean’s Forum. Dr. Zine is a professor of Sociology with a specialization in Muslim studies at Wilfrid Laurier University. She is a renowned author and speaker on issues of education and social justice, youth and women, and Islamophobia and anti-Muslim racism and is currently working on a book arising from her research on the impact of the War on Terror for Muslim youth.
