
Chair Yoga & Mindful Balancing Energy Work
This easy yoga and gentle movement practice is offered by Bunny Low twice a month before Wednesday Eucharist to help people consider how their breathing and bodies can help them stay balanced and deepen their spiritual connections.
All abilities are welcome. You may bring a mat if you would like to incorporate mat work.
This is offered on a donation basis, donations are appreciated but not required. Donations may be made directly to Bunny.
