Connect with the Community
At Saint John’s everything we do carries the intention of cultivating relationships with God and one another. Participation in community through volunteering, socializing, and learning creates pathways through which we experience God’s love and are seen, known, and loved.
We have many small groups that help our large community feel smaller. Attend Cathedral Night or join a contemplative prayer session. Serve at a Sunday service or on one of our many committees that contribute to life at Saint John’s. If you’re looking to make more social connections, we also host a Newcomers’ Gathering 3 to 4 times a year.
We are happy to recommend the groups or ministries that best suit your needs and interests; please email our Curate for Parish Life, the Reverend Amy Newell Large at , if you need help finding a way to connect, or fill out a Welcome Card.Email Amy
