Serving Others
There are a variety of opportunities to serve at Saint John's. Opportunities range from serving in classrooms with our children and youth, behind the scenes to helping maintain the facility, to serving during services as an acolyte or verger. List of opportunities >
Reaching outside of the walls of Saint John's, you can serve in areas such as building homes with Habitat for Humanity, volunteering at Rainbow Alley or reaching out to your neighborhood through a variety of agencies that Saint John's supports. Throughout Saint John's rich history, its leaders and members have been advocates for Denver's marginalized, through efforts such as founding the United Way and working for civil rights. Our outreach work continues under the leadership of the Urban and Social Concerns Commission (USCC), a group of volunteers which meets regularly to oversee agency grants, plan educational events and organize service opportunities.
