Connect with Cathedral Life
Many people find the anonymity of a large parish safe when they first begin attending. At some point, however, most seek a community, a way to join with a group of people sharing the same journey.
We gather all the time in different kinds of groups: for prayer, study, to help others, and just for fun. We gather to get to know people like us, and people not like us at all. We are living lives of faith together.
Whether you don't know what a nave is or you are an expert at navigating Coffee Hour, when you are ready to become involved, there is a community here for you.

Foyer Groups
Connect with others at Saint John’s by joining a Foyer Group. You’ll be placed in a group with 6-8 others and will meet for a meal approximately once a month between January and June. Dinner? Brunch? Restaurant? Potluck? Each group decides. After six months, groups will change as new people join in and we start again. Groups will begin meeting in mid-January.

Seasonal House Suppers
Harvest Home Suppers
One of the best ways to connect with others is to spend time sharing together while eating a great meal. Harvest Home Suppers provide the opportunity to do just that. These potluck-dinners, hosted by fellow parishioners, put all the emphasis on fun and friendship in an informal setting. You don’t have to be a great cook to participate. Just come and get to know some great people over a great meal.
Lenten House Gatherings
Lent is the perfect time to dive a bit deeper in faith, and there’s no better way to do it than with friends. This Lent Cathedral members throughout Denver will open their homes for an evening of thoughtful discussion, prayer, and a simple Lenten supper. This is a great opportunity to make new friends, renew old friendships, and enjoy the fellowship of our spiritual community. Registration begins in January.
Easter House Masses
Easter is more than a day, so why not join fellow Cathedral members to celebrate Eastertide a more intimate setting. Each of the Easter House Masses will begin with The Holy Eucharist celebrated by one of the Cathedral clergy and will be followed by a potluck dinner. Registration begins in February.
